# Refunds and Returns Policy

At V’s Gifting Co., we take pride in creating high-quality personalized and custom products made specifically for each customer. Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized, our Refunds and Returns Policy differs from standard retail returns.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom and Personalized Products

All personalized, custom-made, branded, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

For this reason:

* Custom and personalized products are non-refundable
* Returns are not accepted for change of mind
* Returns are not accepted for incorrect information provided by the customer
* Returns are not accepted once design approval has been given

This includes (but is not limited to):

* Custom tumblers and mugs
* Personalized T-shirts
* Corporate gifting products
* Branded promotional items
* Custom gift sets
* Business branding products
* Special occasion personalized gifts

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

* Damaged
* Faulty
* Incorrect
* Different from what was approved and ordered

please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

We may request:

* Clear photographs of the issue
* Your order number
* A short explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

* A replacement product
* A repair where applicable
* A partial or full refund where appropriate

This will be handled at the sole discretion of V’s Gifting Co.

3. Customer Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers may receive a design proof or approval confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:

* Spelling
* Names
* Dates
* Contact details
* Colours
* Design placement
* Sizing
* Product details
* Quantities

Once approval is given, V’s Gifting Co. cannot be held responsible for errors missed by the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for:

* Courier delays
* Damage caused after delivery
* Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer
* Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before final payment is made.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

If:

* Materials have already been purchased
* Design work has started
* Production has commenced

cancellation fees may apply.

Deposits and payments made toward custom orders may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work already completed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back into the customer’s nominated bank account.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank and payment method.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by V’s Gifting Co.
